Haas Factory Outlet – A Division of CNC Servicing & Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (CNCSSIPL) has announced the opening of its new HFO at Nashik Engineering Cluster, MIDC Ambad, Nashik on 15^th Oct’15.

Haas Factory Outlet – A Division of CNCSSIPL has tied up with Nashik Engineering Cluster to upgrade quality in the industry.

The infrastructure would be equipped with HAAS CNC Vertical Machining Center/Tool Room Mill, CNC Turning Center & HAAS Control Simulators CSMD Mill & Turn in order to strengthen the skill development & machining services domain of NEC & for the promotion of products/applications in and around Nashik.

HFO Nashik is also coming up with Demo Day which is scheduled for October 15^th, 16^th & 17^th.

Visitors to the event will be able to witness cutting demonstrations on Haas CNC machine tools including a VF-2YT vertical machining centre, ST-10 and an ST-10Y, latest generation Haas CNC lathe with Y-axis. Haas experts from the local HFO will guide visitors through the demonstrations and will also answer questions regarding the machines. Demo tours are scheduled for 11.30am-12.30pm 1.30pm-2.30pm, 3.00pm-4.00pm, and 4.30pm-5.30pm.

The Haas ST-10Y is one of the latest-generation, high productivity machines from the Haas ST range of CNC turning centres. Equipped with C-axis with live tooling & Y-axis. Industries can turn and mill complex parts and perform multiple operations in one set-up, thus reducing handling and improving accuracy. The Haas ST-10Y CNC lathe has a 229 x 356 mm max capacity, 413 mm swing, ±50.8 mm Y-axis travel, can accept 44 mm bar, and uses a 11.2 kW vector drive to give a top spindle speed of 6000 rpm.

VF-2YT VMC has X-762mm, Y-508mm, and Z-508 mm travels. The machine has inline direct spindle drive with 8100 max rpm & 22.4Kw spindle motor. The machine is equipped with 20 tool ATC & can be used for various operations like milling, drilling, tapping, boring etc.
