Birla Precision Technologies Ltd (BPTL), Indian leading tooling solution provider that operates in mainly three businesses namely tool holder, precision machining & casting machining and cutting tools & foundry has organised a two- day seminar for its employees at Emerald Park, Nashik. The agenda of the event is to chart out company’s business objectives for 2016-17, highlights of initiatives taken in 2015/16, analysis of sales performance and future marketing plans, among other business activities.

The company has also organised training programmes on topics like lean management, TPM, 5S+1, apart from some technical training on process & application engineering, tap holder training, CRM introduction, and motivational training.

Learning and development program for All India sales team of Birla precision technologies (Indian Tools Manufacturers division) was conducted at Nasik manufacturing facility during 15^th Dec to 18^th Dec 2015.

Products applications as well as selling skills training modules; centered around CPR Strategy and value selling which is carefully designed by Mr. Himanshu Bhatt, in order to address each participants training needs.
