All drill bodies feature helical coolant holes.<\/p>\n<p>The HCP drilling heads enable drilling with 12xD drills without the need for pre-hole preparation. These HCP drilling heads for general use are suitable for ISO P and ISO K material groups.<\/p>\n<p>Note: Prior to using the 12xD drill with inserts other than the HCP insert, it is recommended to drill a pre-hole with a DCN 1.5xD short drill or a centering drill for optimal performance and reliability.<\/p>\n<p>The new 12 L\/D ratio drills can be used on clad plates and are commonly used in the Heat Exchanger and other industries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Following excellent market response and demand, ISCAR\u2028is expanding the family of SUMOCHAM DCN 12xD depth to diameter ratio drills by adding 8 to 11.5 mm diameter drills.
