The micro gun drilling technology finds\u00a0applications in Medical, Aerospace, Tool manufacturing as well as several other industries.\u00a0Precihole machines are exclusively imported and sold by Absolute Machine Tools Inc. in the North\u00a0American Market.<\/p>\n<p>Talking about launching this technology Mr. A.A. Qazi, Director, Precihole Machine Tools says,\u00a0\u201cUS is a key market for Precihole and IMTS one of the biggest manufacturing technology show. We\u00a0are proud to be able to offer such a technology to our potential customer base. We are seeing a\u00a0good market potential for this solution based on the leads we have obtained so far.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>These gun drilling machines are designed for drilling into parts that require deep holes drilled\u00a0accurately. Use of latest features such as high speed motorised spindles, tool monitoring\u00a0systems, high pressure coolant pump, multiple tool studies and component counter rotation ensure\u00a0excellent straightness and bore finish &amp; surface finish. Precise and highly productive, these\u00a0machines are ideal for parts in medical industry like bone screws, cannulated parts, drills and\u00a0other medical devices.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; height: 196px; margin: 4px 5px; width: 180px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mfgtechupdate.com\/site\/resources\/images\/uploads\/6260d60618dc96b0bf08d76baf7b1c16.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>The machine was developed by taking feedback from industry experts and actual users. There were\u00a0several design and technical improvisations that needed to be done to existing technoloy to come\u00a0up with such a advanced and highly productive solution.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe machine needed to have upto 24000 RPM tool rotation as well as coolant pressurized to 130\u00a0bar to remove the swarf with a very specialized pumping system. To achieve such high accuracy we\u00a0applied our decades of knowledge &amp; experience and integrated some of the high-end technologies,\u201d\u00a0explains Qazi.<\/p>\n<p>The machine also has a dedicated tool monitoring system that continuously monitors the load and\u00a0the vibrations coming on the tool. In case of slight variation it indicates the same\u00a0immediately; decreasing the chance of any error. Sensing of swarf clogging initiates swarf removal step and in case of\u00a0tool bluntness machine will give indication.
