The BMC-110R2 features a 35-hp, 50-taper spindle motor and a two-speed gearhead to enable maximum metal removal during heavy machining operations. The 4.33\u2033-diameter spindle provides a stroke of 19.69\u2033. X-, Y- and Z-axis travels measure 78.74\u2033 \u00d7 70.87\u2033 \u00d7 66.93\u2033, respectively, and precision glass scales on all three axes help to ensure accuracy and repeatability. The machining center also features a 60-station Automatic Tool Changer or an optional 90-station tool magazine. It is equipped with a FANUC 32i MB CNC control and FANUC servo-drive system. An external chain-type chip conveyor system quickly and efficiently removes chips. Options include a through-spindle coolant system and a full B-axis rotary table with contouring capabilities.<\/p>\n
