Its patent-pending counter weight maximizes the effects of the friction damper. The unnecessary and troublesome vibrations are effectively absorbed thereby enabling higher machining accuracy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>There are 2 versions of this tool that are available in the market:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrated damping system CK Boring Holder<\/li>\n<li>Integrated damping system Face Mill Arbor Type FMH<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The CK Boring Holder is highly recommended for efficient deep hole finish boring and higher metal removal rate. The Face Mill Arbor Type FMH increases the desirability-quotient through its admirable versatility. It also maximizes the potential of cutters for the highest productivity.<\/p>\n<p>A standard holder without the damping system has a cycle time of 90 minutes. However, the Smart Damper consumes a staggering 10 minutes only. Therefore, this tool increases the productivity by almost 9 times. A standard holder cuts 0.1mm\/\u00d8 and 3 passes are required. Its smaller nose radius of insert acts as an impediment to speed.
