(CNCSSIPL) has announced the opening of its new HFO at Nashik Engineering Cluster, MIDC Ambad, Nashik on 15<sup>th<\/sup> Oct\u201915.<\/p>\n<p>Haas Factory Outlet \u2013 A Division of CNCSSIPL has tied up with Nashik Engineering Cluster to upgrade quality in the industry.<\/p>\n<p>The infrastructure would be equipped with HAAS CNC Vertical Machining Center\/Tool Room Mill, CNC Turning Center &amp; HAAS Control Simulators CSMD Mill &amp; Turn in order to strengthen the skill development &amp; machining services domain of NEC &amp; for the promotion of products\/applications in and around Nashik.<\/p>\n<p>HFO Nashik is also coming up with Demo Day which is scheduled for October 15<sup>th<\/sup>, 16<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; 17<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors to the event will be able to witness cutting demonstrations on Haas CNC machine tools including a VF-2YT vertical machining centre, ST-10 and an ST-10Y, latest generation Haas CNC lathe with Y-axis. Haas experts from the local HFO will guide visitors through the demonstrations and will also answer questions regarding the machines. Demo tours are scheduled for 11.30am-12.30pm 1.30pm-2.30pm, 3.00pm-4.00pm, and 4.30pm-5.30pm.<\/p>\n<p>The Haas ST-10Y is one of the latest-generation, high productivity machines from the Haas ST range of CNC turning centres. Equipped with C-axis with live tooling &amp; Y-axis. Industries can turn and mill complex parts and perform multiple operations in one set-up, thus reducing handling and improving accuracy. The Haas ST-10Y CNC lathe has a 229 x 356 mm max capacity, 413 mm swing, \u00b150.8 mm Y-axis travel, can accept 44 mm bar, and uses a 11.2 kW vector drive to give a top spindle speed of 6000 rpm.<\/p>\n<p>VF-2YT VMC has X-762mm, Y-508mm, and Z-508 mm travels. The machine has inline direct spindle drive with 8100 max rpm &amp; 22.4Kw spindle motor.
