The new families are fully compatible with standard market pocket sizes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grooving Inserts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ISCAR has added a large variety of grooving inserts with the following features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.00 \u2013 6.35 mm grooving width range<\/li>\n<li>Shallow double-ended grooving inserts<\/li>\n<li>Single-ended deep grooving inserts<\/li>\n<li>Inserts with flat-top and neutral rake angle or positive rake angle<\/li>\n<li>Inserts with full radius for grooving and profiling<\/li>\n<li>Inserts for external undercutting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The new grooving inserts are available in 2, 3 and 4 pocket sizes, in ISCAR\u2019s versatile SUMO TEC PVD coated grade IC807. IC807 is suitable for grooving and turning a wide range of materials at medium-to-high cutting speeds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Threading Inserts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Double-ended, precision threading inserts for a large variety of the most popular industrial \u2028threading profiles.
